ReplyDeleteWhen she was talking about how it's 100% about the consumers and not about you, and how sometimes good companies will lose a customer for one particular item, it made me think of Flo from Progressive and how sometimes they admit they aren't the lowest price.
That kind of transparency and genuineness is refreshing.
